Zoo Dinners

Zoo Dinners is a humorous and fictional animal fantasy story about a zookeeper trying to feed all of the zoo animals. Whenever she tries to feed them, they steal the whole food bucket from her! Readers gain information from the text, illustrations, storyboard, and speech bubble.

Zoo Dinners uses the sentence stem “Come and get the _____.” Illustrations match the text. The story includes triggering in questions. There are critical thinking questions to guide the reader.
