Dad's Dinner

Dad’s Dinner is a humorous and realistic fiction story about a dad feeding his kids chicken and salad for dinner. His kids wanted pizza. Their cat jumped onto the table and licked the chicken. Then they saw a snail in the salad! Dad threw the dinner out and bought pizza. The story is narrated with dialogue, speech bubbles, and illustrative text.

Dad’s Dinner is a simple narrative story. Critical thinking questions are provided to guide the reader. Illustrations match the text. There is a comic strip at the end of the book to summarize the events.
