Science Readers: Seeds

Seeds is an informational text that looks at the sizes, shapes, and colours of seeds and explains what seeds need to grow and how they spread.  The book concludes with an activity written in procedural language. 

All the sentences are simple in structure.  Photographs fully support the text.  Boldface is used for glossary words.  An index is provided. 

The glossary supports vocabulary development.
