The Rock Boss

The Rock Boss is a humorous, animal fantasy about a goat with large horns who pushes everyone off the rock because he believes he is the boss of the rock. When a bee comes around and threatens to sting the goat, the goat decides that the rock belongs to everyone. Dialogue is used between characters.

Illustrations add meaning and interest. Multiple illustrations are shown to depict movement.

Adjectives are used. To conclude, a flow diagram that depicts the events of the story is shown. In addition, simple activities that include oral, written, and visual communication are presented in the Teacher’s Guide Notes.
