What Can Jump?

What Can Jump? is an expository text that explores what kinds of animals can jump. Questions about whether or not each animal can jump is asked and answered.

Illustrations support the text. A close up image of the animal’s face, as well as a full body image, is presented.

There are mostly one and two syllable words. To conclude, an index is presented. In the Guide Notes for teachers, an activity that requires students to draw pictures of an animal that can jump and an animal that cannot, is presented.
