Uncle Ted's Teeth

Uncle Ted’s Teeth is a humorous, realistic fiction about twins whose uncle snaps his fake teeth together to make people and animals laugh. When the boys and their uncle buy toffee, Uncle Ted’s teeth get covered in the sticky candy and he has to soak them all day. Dialogue is used between characters.

Illustrations add meaning and interest. Illustrative text and speech bubbles are used.

Adjectives are used. To conclude, a story sequence with six scenes is shown. In addition, simple activities that include oral, written, and visual communication are presented in the Teacher’s Guide Notes.
