Naughty Monkey

Naughty Monkey is a humorous and fictional animal fantasy story about a monkey calling on animals, but then teasing them. Monkey’s mum calls on him to come here. Readers gain information from the text, illustrations, dialogue, and caption.

Naughty Monkey uses a sentence stem (“Come here _____,” said the monkey.). Illustrations match the text. The story includes triggering in questions. There are critical thinking questions to guide the reader.
