Goodness Me, Mr Magee! is a humorous and realistic fiction story about Mr Magee driving two fat pigs to Mrs Joe’s house. When he stopped for coffee, one pig escaped and a mouse came on. When he stopped for lunch, the other pig escaped and another mouse came on. Mrs Joe thought the pigs looked little! The story is narrated with dialogue and illustrative text.
