Eggs in the Sun

Eggs in the Sun is a humorous, realistic story about a trick that Mr. Mack plays on Mrs. Mack. Mr. Mack tells his wife not to leave eggs in the sun because they will hatch but she doesn’t believe him. He buys two baby chicks and puts them in the bowl with cracked eggshells. Mrs. Mack cannot believe her eyes and wants to hatch more eggs so that she can have a chicken farm.
