Black Cat Stays Out is an animal fantasy about a cat who does not get dinner from its owner when called. After failed attempts at trying to catch a moth, a mouse, and a porcupine, Black Cat gets very hungry and is scared by an owl. He scratches on his owner’s door and she lets him inside.
