Saxon Reading Foundations provides students with explicit, systematic practice to help develop reading fluency. The program includes fiction and nonfiction readers that allow students to practice reading at their own reading level and provide motivating activities that can be used for one-to-one teaching or during small group learning opportunities. All text in the Fluency Readers is fully controlled; the readers only contain decodable text and sight words that have been taught already.
