Bully Cat and the Birds

Bully Cat and the Birds is an animal fantasy about a mean cat named Bully Cat who runs the birds out of the garden and pushes their nests out of the tree. After waking up from a nap, he finds a large bird sitting over him. Bully Cat now lets the other birds live in the garden but when he sees the large bird, he goes inside.

Illustrations add meaning and interest. 

Some sentences begin with dependent clauses. Adjectives appear and some are bolded and repeated. To conclude, an action/consequence chart is shown. In addition, simple activities that include oral, written, and visual communication are presented in the Teacher’s Guide Notes.
